Messaging and Unified Communications Award Winner
StorageCraft is at TechEd for the very first time this week, so we are especially thrilled that we’re going home with the big trophy. StorageCraft ShadowProtect Granular Recovery for Exchange won the Best of TechEd 2013 award in the Messaging and Unified Communication category.
Windows IT Pro and Microsoft are co-sponsors of the awards, and the winners were announced late this afternoon in New Orleans. The judges singled out ShadowProtect Granular Recovery for Exchange for several reasons.
Email is the most business critical function. Having the ability to restore single email messages or complete mailboxes in real-time means the business runs uninterrupted. Based on snapshot backups, StorageCraft ShadowProtect recovers email messages and mailboxes (including attachments). StorageCraft fills a significant void in total messaging management.
There were more than 250 award submissions, which were narrowed down to 32 finalists. From there, judges picked the 10 award winners. Since this is our first visit to this particular trade show, we hope this is a sign of things to come.
