Arcserve has been making the headlines. Featured as a cover story TWICE in the past MONTH. First on the cover of CIO Review, a technology magazine talking about enterprise solutions that are redefining the business goals of tomorrow. It is a leading source sharing innovative enterprise solutions, upcoming hot enterprises, and is a neutral source for tech decision makers.
Arcserve’s second cover story is on the front page of Star Tribune Business, Minnesota’s #1 local news source. This article stresses Arcserve’s relevance in today’s marketplace. “At a time of numerous stories about cybercrime and costly outages, Arcserve has a hot product that solves complex, multiplatform security-and-backup issues with a simple solution for IT managers who can recover data quickly, avoiding what used to be hours to days of downtime.” It’s no coincidence that Arcserve has been featured on a front cover twice in the past month, it’s because we know what we’re doing, and we’re leading the way while doing it.
Again, Arcserve is featured in CIO Review as one of 20 Most Promising Backup Solution Providers of 2016. In evaluation of hundreds of backup solution providers, CIO Review shortlisted the best, based on their ability to assist clients in overcoming the challenges in this sector. Top 20 most promising – not a bad spot to be.
CRN calls Arcserve one of The 20 Coolest Cloud Storage Vendors of the 2016 Cloud 100. Not only is Arcserve providing some of the best services, we are one of the coolest vendors providing it.
CRN Awarded CEO Mike Crest the spot of 2016 Channel Chiefs – The 50 Most Influential. Speaking on his father’s integrity and how it inspires him, Crest notes, “What he says is what he means and he always keeps his word.” It is not hard to see why Arcserve is paving the way when it is grounded in those values.
Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal announces Arcserve’s CEO, Mike Crest, as one of 2016 Titans of Technology. The Titans of Technology award recognizes an individual’s leadership in assisting and accelerating the performance of the tech industry. In the category of chief executives at a technology company, Crest is one of four honorees. Mind you, there are a lot more than four to choose from in this industry. This is a big deal.
A feature article in ChannelPro Network serves as a reminder on just how hard Arcserve is working. “They’ve been moving at a startup’s pace too. In the last year alone, Arcserve has introduced a new partner program and channel-only distribution model, launched its Arcserve Cloud offsite backup offering, and unveiled a new appliance-based edition of UDP that complements the original software-based version.” Can’t stop, won’t stop.
TechTarget highlights some of the new capabilities in Arcserve’s new release. “The new version of Arcserve UDP provides ‘near-zero’ RTOs and RPOs. The upgrade also supports snapshots and extends the product’s advanced Windows protection abilities to Linux.”
Storage Newsletter provides, yet another nice story on Arcserve’s new product launch. There’s a quote here that really says it all. Coming from President of MS Geslam, Benoit Rainville, “I’ve used a variety of data protection tools, but those seem like ‘features’ of what Arcserve provides in its UDP solution.” Benoit clearly knows what is up. Or, what is backed up.
Finally, highlights from a global perspective. From ITpro Active and Le MagIT, to ZDNet Japan and SearchStorage.de, Arcserve is certainly resonating with users around the world. We went ahead and translated a quick blurb from SearchStorage.de, to assure you the message stands strong – “Arcserve expanded the scope of its backup software UDP to ensure, among other things, faster recoveries and less downtime.”
As you can tell, there has been a lot of coverage on Arcserve in the news lately. We can assure you, there is more where that came from. Stay tuned . . .
